Billing
Plus a one-time $30 enrollment fee when a student starts. After that, the monthly bill is the classes on the calendar. If it is not on this page, it is not a charge.
Charged when a student starts. It is not added again on later monthly bills.
Each month you pay for the classes scheduled that month, at the per-class rate above. One class a week and two classes a week use the same rate.
Payment is due before the first class of each billing cycle.
You can decide not to continue before the 3rd class and owe nothing for those classes.
Unused classes from a completed month are not carried over and are not refunded.
Worked example
Introductory / Scratch, group
$15 per class
Eight classes is two a week. The rate does not go up. The first bill also adds the one-time $30 enrollment fee. Later months are the class total only.
Set up an automated payment if you want each month handled for you, and cancel that schedule whenever you want.
We collect every payment through QuickBooks.
All major credit cards and bank payments are supported.
Set up a recurring payment so each cycle is paid before class starts.
Stop future billing whenever you want. A month already paid follows the unused-class rule.
