Building a Space Invader Game. A live hour of Scratch for ages 8–12. In this demo class, students will explore the basics of Scratch and learn how to bring their ideas to life through visual programming. They will get familiar with the Scratch interface, sprites, and coding blocks while learning how to control characters and create simple interactions. Through a hands-on activity, students will begin building a fun, interactive project while developing their logical thinking and problem-solving skills. The session will give students a glimpse of how they can use coding to create their own games and animations.
